For ByStorm customers with current FileSure DLP product maintenance contracts, you may communicate with us by email or phone from 8 am to 5 pm Central time, Monday through Friday, except for standard USA holidays. For emails, we are often online before 8 am and after 5 pm.

We might be able to help you after normal support hours, but that is not guaranteed. Also, you may download and install the latest version of the FileSure file auditing software product at any time to see what new features, enhancements, and reports we have produced or, if you are experiencing a problem, potentially it may be corrected in the newer file audit software version.
